Wow, looks a great project

Wow!!!! This is as amazing jack!!

This bathroom has been a true labour of love and is finally finished!

From an old unused loft, it is now a fantastically unique ensuite with lots of features that make all of the difference like a remote controlled Velux and LED mini spotlights in the curved panelled sill.

I have taken this project from initial design and drawings, through to complete finish, with my amazing team. I am so proud to be able to add this to my portfolio of work.

Well done Jack . It is really good work.

Stunning!

Woahhhhh xxx

Last weekend I completed the Key Stage 2 reading area at Sissinghurst Primary School.

Designed with a honeycomb shape, it is a space where children can sit within the hexagons to read, as well as provide shelving for books.

Last week I started to construct this custom piece. It is a Reading Area for my daughters' school.

A couple of years ago I built a Reading Tree for Key Stage 1. This honeycomb area has been designed as a space for the Key Stage 2 children.

Construction is going well so far and I am excited to share more photos of progress as work continues.

I moved this door and created a new frame and lining. The doorway, in it's new positioninto the roundel room, has two steps down into it. As it's never good to open a door over stairs I suggested that the door should open out into the corridor. The client wanted to keep the traditional original latch on the door but this style of latch it designed to fit on an opening inwards door, with the keep being mounted to the outside of the frame. Obviously this wasn't possible so the solution I came up with was to cut a keep for the latch into the frame itself. ... See MoreSee Less

For this project, my clients were looking to create a focal point to their lounge and to add to the character of their cottage.

I created a faux chimney stack with a recess for a TV, finishing flush with the face of the stack whilst using brick slips to create the affect of a solid stack.

Once the centre stack had been created I then built base and shelving units into the alcoves on each side.

The shelving has integrated lighting in the front edge and the base unit doors and shaker style and fitted with soft-close concealed hinges.

Beautiful work

It’s always satisfying when a curved tile cut fits first time and finishes the floor with no wastage. Really enjoying this current bathroom project! More to follow soon. #bathroomdecor #tiling #curvedtiles #cranbrookkent #bathroomdesign #bathroomremodel #bathroomtiles ... See MoreSee Less

Skills sir Vine! 👏

The client of this basement flat wanted to add more character to this open staircase.

I fitted a floor to ceiling post at the bottom of the stairs, spindles and a handrail.

At top of the stairs, at the entrance to the flat, I knocked out a small section of wall and replaced it with a handrail and spindles allowing more light and a feeling of space.

These photos show the look before and after.

Amazing!

This is a solid oak Bathroom Vanity Base Unit that has been resin finished ready for two surface basins.

Being solid oak it is extremely heavy.

This was a custom piece and was made to fit the space and design the client was looking for.

Beautiful 😍

Stunning

For the last 9 days I have been working on a loft conversion project.

The space and dimensions didn't allow us to purchase an "off the peg" staircase option in this instance so I built this myself for this client.

This is an example of a custom built staircase with a quarter turn at the top.

Alcove units, illuminated floating shelves and a fire surround:

I’m often asked for alcove units. This is a more traditional style version with more mouldings and details than more modern equivalents I have done.

I always try to add some design touches that don’t cost a lot more to do but make all the difference including:

Uplight LED strip lights channeled into the back edge of the shelves.

A wire tidy panel between the right base unit and shelf, ready to mount a TV bracket and makes feeding wires up and down to the unit easy and discrete.

45° corners on the units and fire surround then lipped with mouldings. Mitred at 22.5° to go round the edges perfectly.

Oh I wish you had done my heavy oak shelves as my builder ruined mine 😢

Have you any space before Christmas Jack?

A very creative mind

Very nice indeed 👍

Secret doors: I enjoyed engineering and making these doors. They were designed to be as thick as the wall and flush on the lounge side but they blend in with wall panels on the dining room side. Once decorated they will be virtually invisible. ... See MoreSee Less
